
Here are pictures of my updated flower beds. I planted yellow marigolds and dianthus. I LOVE dianthus!

I also LOVE the macro function on my digital camera. One of these days, maybe I'll have a DSLR so I can REALLY do close-ups. (DSLR is what the pros use.)

My garden is on the north side of the house. Hence, the shade. Hence, hostas.

I've never bought marigolds before. They are usually orange, and I don't like orange. But these are yellow. Little drops of sunshine!

Here was my gardening "supervisor". She didn't want to help plant. Just stand there and tell me I missed a spot.
